lincoln memorial cent album

    i would like to see if any members would like to donate old unused lincoln memorial cent albums that they no longer use so i can try to fill the the best i can to give to the younger people in the community ,and see if they would get interested in collecting
    thanks,any ideals are appreciated ,it took me several trys to post this but i think i did it

    This is a great concept but I don't think it will work. When you say you are going to try to fill the album the best you can, it means you will be filling the album with coins that are easy to find. Then you will give the album to the young people to complete. Since you couldn't find the coins for the empty holes in the album I doubt the younger people will find the coins to fill the holes. Eventually they will realize this is disappointing and stop attempting to fill the empty holes. Perhaps it would be better if you and the young ones start from scratch together.

    Indeed, this is true. It's more difficult than you might think to fill a memorial cent binder with coins from circulation. I suggest filling the tougher holes for them so they can find the easy stuff.
