    Small date zinc

    Small date zinc. In 1982 there is 7 different types of Lincoln Cents, 8 if you cont the proofs:
    1982 Large date Copper
    1982 Large date Zinc
    1982 Small date Copper
    1982 Small date Zinc
    1982-D large Date Copper
    1982-D large date Zinc
    1982-D Small date Zinc

    It is kind of unusual to see one of those without bubbles all over it. Not too often I try to grade LMC's, but I will stab a 66.

    I am going to say REMARKABLE!!! That coin has a shot at 67 red..... I would send it in!!!

    do I see some spots on the obv, if I see what I think I see, I guess I'll go with a solid 65 maybe a shot at 66

    65 or 66 or 67 RD - depending on just how booming the luster is in-hand.

    Leadfoot - The luster is definately booming, this coin glows and cartwheels with the best of them!

    look at the 67 on my site, it is all bubbly........yours is a very choice coin, I could see a NGC -67 or a PCGS -66 easily
