Lincoln Error

Is this error normal for a 1916-S Lincoln.

I know the planchet stock was not alloyed properly but thought that only caused the woodgrain effect.

While it is not 'normal' for a 1916 S cent, it is not unusual for a Lincoln cent.
The lamination is fairly common.
Although, this one is larger than most.

 

lamination errors are fairly common on older series coins as the metal sometimes wasn't mixed all that well

 

I notice that this one has a wider ring around the imprint than most.

 

Will the Lamination effect the value of the coin + or -
