Lincoln cent missing center plug

Damaged... Maybe by a pellet gun?

 

There is no center plug in a Zincoln Cent to be missing.

Was it shot? Was it drilled? I don't know but that is PMD all the way. Plus it looks like glue on the reverse (perhaps to hold the coin in place while it was being abused).

What the heck did I miss . now I would have loved to have got to see this awesome cent with the plug missing. no wonder I get so many nice posts on my thread.
