Lincoln cent 2000 D error?

    ran across this going through a roll yesterday. I have been to two state fairs and a goat ropin and have never seen anything like this. the center layer appears to be copper too. Is this PMD other than the planchet?

    I should list it on Ebay for $175,000.00 with the other dryer coins.
