It appears to be a misaligned die or MAD. It is an error but fairly common. The farther the misalignment the more value. Yours would not carry any significant value, but nice find, it appears to be in good shape for its date.
Thank you for the info and question: if you have a great MS 65+ for any 1970's Lincoln cent what can it go for?
One would need to know the following items before a supposed value could be placed on the coin. the mint Mark, the TPG who graded it, and if it is an S mint Mark whether it a large or small date. All of these factors would play into the determination of any particular value. One suggestion is check the Sold listings on eBay for a current market value
If you are looking for grades on these coins then we will need better pics of each one individually obverse and reverse. I know the reverse is only accounts for about 10 percent of the grade but it is a determining factor.
