Lincoln Cent 1946 S Reg or Inverted??

Can someone tell me if the this is the regular or inverted "S".

From what I understand all inverted S's have the broken area just to the right of the ball. I'm not seeing this on yours. Plus inverted S's are only on the Ball Serif S...
