I would grade it as a solid "no." Everything you see is PMD (post-mint damage). It looks like someone was trying to make a "Hobo Nickel" out of it, but then got frustrated and realized that their father was right about how they'd never amount to anything, and thus doused themselves in black and turned on some Norwegian death metal and took all their teenage angst out on the coin.
Just going to put this out there- you need to learn what an error is and how coins are made to really know what you have. If you keep posting threads like these with defdam coins, then eventually people will mute you: I see it here often. http://www.error-ref.com/
