I found this in a roll and was wondering if this would be a double die with Lincoln's hair on the forehead. (1993) It took me an hour to get these pics so hopefully the pics are good enough to evaluate. I would really like everyones opinion on this. Thanks..

Just to let you know, making multiple threads about the same question is frowned upon.

As to your coin, it may just be a die gouge or a gas bubble.

Nope, it looks just like a regular penny. I know 1992 D had a die issue on the reverse by the AM but nothing in 1993

Combined into 1 thread. It is very confusing for all, as members duplicate posts. One thread for one coin/subject

I deleted the third thread on this coin. Just one thread ! All of the forums are treated as a combined one for rules.

Sorry about duplicating, I misunderstood sorry, though it was per topic.

They use multiple die sets each year. Just because one die had an issue in a certain area, doesn't mean that all dies had that issue.

Where do I take this coin to see if it actually a doubledie?

No problem, many think that each subforum "coin chat, How much is it worth, Error coins, etc. are all individual forum, rather than subdivisions of one large forum/site , and they post on several , which gets members irritated as they feel they should try and answer all. Many members if they are interested in all areas, use the "new posts" button at the top which shows new posts in all sub forums, That is where the duplicates show up and becomes confusing.

    Thanks

    Jim
