What is the likelihood of finding a high grade (MS67, 68 ... (PCGS or NGC)) quarter in a US Mint sealed roll?

Has anyone here submitted any coin they found in a roll and come back with these grades?

    Thanks

Are you specifically asking about rolls direct from the US Mint, or fresh rolls from an armored car service like Brinks, Loomis, Garda etc that you would get at a bank?
If you're buying direct from the Mint, you'd have a better chance than from the Armored car rolls because that is one less trip in bags the coins made.

I thought the Mint sent out coins for circulation in bags only, and that they only roll coins that are sold as collectibles.

The P&D rolls I saw had "United States Mint" labels with the Mint's Web address and 1-800-USA_MINT phone number, and were listed as "Business Class Strikes".
