I can't believe it. I was sorting another couple of rolls tonight and THIS beauty turned up. I know my pics suck, but it's almost pristine, anywhere from AU-50 to MS-60. I think the coin gods are apologizing for the sorry state of that first one! I am so grateful for the info given from my first post. Equidistant letter bases, FG tucked up nice n tight...WAM!
Congrats on a great find. the coin Gods must be smiling down on you and me. I have looked thru trillions of cents over the years and last night out popped my first 1999 wide A M cent. It's hard to believe one of them was still in circulation. It is extra fine or maybe a little better. keep a eye out for the awesome 2006 doubled die cents , the ones with the date and all letters doubled good. they are very scarce and very valuable. so far I have found two of them. IF you find one they are easy to identify , the O's in the date are oval shaped . Troy
