Licinius II w/Jupiter, Antioch

    Here is one from the group I posted earlier. The mint mark pretty much missing except just a smidge of (S). It looks like the Antioch issue more than the other Licinius II & Jupiter issues from 320ish. Size, 20mm and 3.4g. The picture is bad as the coin is in better condition than shown.

    You're probably right about the mint.I couldn't find one that is closer in appearance.
    Meanwhile,while I was looking it up,I found this.I've never seen a Roman coin that has the emperor looking straight at you,kinda creepy if you ask me...LOL

    Chuckle, I saw one of those when I was surfing eBay the other day in Minneapolis.

    A lot of the later emperors did the head on portrait in the later empire:

    I think they were always on gold.
