Victor_Clark all my best friends are dead Romans Dealer

The reverse is GENIO POPVLI ROMANI and it is a 1/4 follis from Siscia. The obverse is either Constantius I (IMP C CONSTANTIVS PF AVG) or Maximianus (IMP CMA MAXIMIANVS PF AVG). I seem to make out more of an obverse legend for Maximianus.
