I picked this up at a flea market for $1. i was wondering if any scripophily experts could provide any info/value on this. I couldnt find anything online. Thanks.
Hi Red Seals - Unissued certs are less valued in the marketplace than issued/cancelled ones. Knowing the date would also help determine whether this was considered an early item, historically, or not. Generally, certificates that were printed on "blanks" (preprinted frames) are fairly common. You might get $4-5 from an automobile collector for it, but I think it would be considered a low-end stock.
