    Based on the pics the coin appears to be Unc. But the coin seems to have quite a few hairlines and perhaps a scratch or two. Depending on the severity of the scratches - the coin may be considered as damaged and not gradeable in the normal sense.

    But if the scratches are not too severe, it may grade as MS63/64
