letters and numbers

what do all the letters and numbers mean on the face and back of money stand for and im not talking the big numbers in the corner..lol...i know what those mean but all the other numbers and letters what are there meanings

That's the ID number for the Backplate.

It would help to read up a little on the intaglio printing method to understand about the plates.
