Wow! Lady Liberty looks excellent for her age (and the grade ;-) Guess what? I bought her younger sister last week (and quickly added her to my NGC registry set before the deadline 12/31 when PCGS coins are out): $20 1907 Liberty head - KM74.3 (type 3) - PCGS MS63:
This leaves only two Denver mint coins to go, 1914-D and 1924-D. Not so sure I'm a stickler for completeness, given the prices on those. This was graded MS66 in an NNC holder, so I disregarded the holder entirely. (It is now in a plastic 2x2.) However, the coin could be 64-65 given lack of marks. It also has better luster than I was able to capture here.
A few lower grade Barbers that my wife won on ebay. 1900p Quarter, 1915d Quarter, and a low-ish mintage 1909o Half Dollar.
Another love token. I purchased this one for several reasons. The pin is still there and not broken off, I don't see to many on Barber coinage, I needed a half dollar, and the biggest reason is the inscription under the pin. I've never seen that before and had to have it.
Hi Everyone. Just joined and this is my first post. I've not acquired anything new in a couple of months, but this is my latest acquisition: I bought it on eBay at a real nice price. I like early silver coins. Hope 2017 is a great year for everyone. Alan
