"Let's Make A Deal " Paddy Contest

First I like to thank Rodzm for his contest...it was alot of fun and nice seeing all those wonderful pictures ! Congrats to the winners...but I still want them nickels...LOL
Ok here's the rules: To "Let's Make A Deal"

Everyone is invited to participate no matter where you hail from.
There are 3 categories listed below.
#1 My Pet
#2 My Favorite Vacation Spot
#3 My Best Catch Fishing

**** Important ****You may only enter "one time per member" from only one of the categories listed above!

First state your category then post a picture.
Now here's the kicker you must also post a picture of a coin or a note with a effigy of something to do with your picture. IE post a picture of your dog..& a picture of a coin or note with a dog on it! There will be 3 winners 1st 2nd & 3rd. but there are 4 prizes....as a winner you get to pick the prize you want from the list of 4. Three of the 4 will be posted so you can see them.... the 4th is a "The Mystery Treasure Chest" as a winner you may choose between one of the prizes shown or the Treasure Chest. The first place winner will get first pick ..second next... and third last. The Treasure Chest could contain... maybe one of each of the prizes listed or maybe something more valuable....or something less in value! If you pick the Treasure Chest no one will know the contents until you receive it and then you must then take a picture and post your winnings. Sound like fun?

I will post a few examples of what your posting should look like. The contest will run from Today 08/15/09 until midnight U.S. EST 9/15/09.

Me and sussie

This is my new baby as of Four months ago. Her name is Sussie and I rescued her from an environment of Abuse and Neglect. Now she has a loving home and she is responding well. She loves to chase squirrels, they all know her name now, cause when it is mentioned, they run for the high trees!

A unique German Shepard.

OK, This is my now deceased Brown & White pure bred German Shepard. His name was Brooklyn and everyone in the neighborhood new him by his name even when they couldn't remember mine. His parents were well documented but he was given to me as the runt of the litter. His unique coloring is a 10,000,000 to 1 occurrence. He was my favorite of the litter anyway. Yes, his coloring is "liver brown and pure white. Born 1971 died 1984. :secret:

oh sorry to hear you friend passed. My golden of 14 yrs died two years ago. One of the reasons I now have "sussie".

 

I've always taken the runt....seems they know that you knew they were speical and most of the times they are! Sorry to hear of your loss....in the last 30 years together the wife & I have lost 4....they all are still with us today and their ashes will be mixed with ours at our final resting place.

 

My pet. 185 lb. Great Dane nicknamed Thug. Show name Berrydanes all eyes on me. Tupac was played when he showed. First pic of him taking a first place prize and another relaxing at home. Likely an ancestor of the hunting dogs Alaunt or Molossus of ancient times. Third pic is a coin from 74BCE that commemorates prayers at the shrine of Diana in 496 BCE with Dianas hunting dog on the reverse. I had to give him away after he bit my ex's kid on 2 different occasions for playing in the dogs food while he was trying to eat. Should have just gotten rid of the ex and kid instead. I kept telling my self ...I was not going to post my pet durring this contest! But as stated before in another post We are dog people! We also love to travel and next to coins fishing is my favorite hobby! So don't think you don't have a chance to win this contest if you don't own a pet.
This is Lucky....Lucky came to us from the ASPCA Lucky was in two other homes before she found us. She was from Southern Maryland. She came to us with heart worms, Lymes , and was not spayed! Lucky was 7 y/o when we got her now 11...She's a very cool dog loves people...and gets upset if she passes a person on her walk and don't get a greeting. The other picture I am posting is Babs ...Babs was our second rescue , we have had 3 Dal's now all rescues, Bo our first was not around durring the age of digital cameras...but she has her own photo album. Bo & Babs are gone now but are still with us,and will be until time ends!
