Here is a decent silver certificate, worn but nice. I’m not saying anything else but tell me what’s different about it. Not what’s wrong, errors or anything like that, but what’s different about it? Best I can do with photos but you should be able to enlarge.
You are both correct! That’s what I was looking for. It’s a nice circulated silver certificate otherwise known as an Agnostic Note.
