Left Eagle, Right Eagle????

Here is an Elagabalus Tetradrachem and was wondering if anyone could tell me the differnece between the eagle facing right or left.

The origins of the double head eagle perhaps?

I'm not sure there IS any significance to the way the eagle faces on these Alexandria Tets.I've found that most face to the left but a good 20-30% face right.
