I picked up a roll of the new ocean in view westward journey nickels and found that the ocean is leaking off of the coin. Is this a an error we might see more of in the future? Stay tuned folks.
update to ocean view errors I just picked up a box and I found 9 of this type error(?) though mine look as if two lines meet and start overlapping. I also found a large number very similar in the same spot but different sizes. I think I could put together a 20 coin display showing as the die(?) got worse. My errors are located a little lower. They are right above the dot between the the "1805" and the word "Five". I nick named it the "levy break". Thought it was fitting especially being a part of the westward journey and the louisiana purchase. I cant figure out how to load a picture. And the nine errors I found so far came from two rolls. The only 2 rolls I opened.
