There is a S cut in or stamped so I will say XF-40 details
still my first E cash Find in the wild so snagged it

looking at it again it looks like a strike through and not a pmd

 

Back in the 80's I put together a set of the "E " clashed dies. At the time the 89o was the rarest of these. There 9 different and I found them. Your piece is 2 grades above mine. Nice pick up!!!
