The name of the vignette on this $5 note is Laura and she was engraved by Richard Bower. This is an interesting image, very 1960's hairstyle on a pretty girl. The reverse of this note is title Europa and she was engraved by Arthur M. Dintaman. This note was printed in the first printing series for this denomination.

Have a look at this part of the Harem: http://www.geocities.com/scottishmoney/banknotes/usa/usampc.html As an AF brat I got some of the 661 notes which incredibly we played with when we were young brats. For some reason, even though they were long out of circulation when my dad came home from 'Nam in '73 he had these, even though C-Day for these was in 1969. I still have the notes we played with, along with several pieces of Vietnamese money I have had since I was an ankle biter. They may have been the first coins/banknotes in my collection.
