Latest finds: Possible 1982 w/cud and 199(0/6?) grease filled die

I pulled these out of my last two boxes of cents.

The first is a 199(0/6?) that I think may have been a grease filled die. Though I'm not sure since the "In God", part of the "L" in liberty, and part of the date is missing. Basically all around the rim.

The other, I'm pretty sure is a cud:

Yes that's a cud

 

On the 1990, you think it's grease filled or PMD? I'm leaning toward PMD.
