Here's the latest edition to my collection, purchased through Legend (with their description below)... 1C 1858 PCGS MS65 SMALL LETTERS "Eye appealing all the way! You do not have to tilt this coin to see all its beautiful colors. Warm shades of violet/golden brown/amber blaze from both sides (on the image the coin may appear slightly speckled-it is not). Overall, the surfaces are extremely clean and radiate with an intense luster. Every detail is sharply struck and appears boldly. PCGS 51, NGC 71. PCGS has graded only 8 coins higher." The toning on the reverse really showed up much more in the picture then in person.
Now that's a 65 in a 65 holder, IMO, with a nice full strike and good eye appeal to boot. For a series known for crappy strikes, overgraded gems, and frankly ugly coins, you should be VERY proud of that coin, and I am quite jealous of it and you!
Looks like a strong strike, but I see a lot of these with weak letters in ONE. I think the O looks a bit weak, but it is otherwise very sharp.
