Why are the late seated liberty dollars so reasonablely priced in lower grades? Dates like 1872-s have a mintage of only 9,000 yet is only priced at $250.00 in G-4 and $325.00 in VG-8.

Well I guess reasonably priced is a relative term. I myself wouldn't say that $250 for a G4 coin was exactly inexpensive. It may well be reasonable for that particular coin - but cheap it isn't. Not for a G4 !!
