    I'm looking at this 1918 Illinois Commem.

    What do you think it should bid for?:hammer:

    It looks uncirculated, but there is no way to tell for sure from that image. And it might have problems that can't be seen in the photo.

    You should be able to buy a nice certified MS63 for about that price, certified examples are readily available and there is no reason to risk buying an uncertified one on Ebay. If you do so, it means you're trying to get a bargain and will more likely end up with a bad deal, as you might deserve.

    I agree with Mark. Why bother with raw if you can get a certified for the same price?

    Local coin shop has a search going for me but says price is going up due to Lincoln cents this year...
    Crones Coins in York, PA is "not so personable"....
