These came in the mail today, the old man missed me for Christmas but I said no worries. Apparently he had his own plans to make it up which I'm astonished. He probably sent these now since I told him this June I'm graduating a year early.A note was also found, since I'm 18 now I'm on my own but not without a huge bang(a last gift)These belonged to my grandfather and have been in the family since the dates you see on the coins. The note also stated you'll get the others when my time has come to a close which I hope isn't anytime soon. Battling a severe lung infection with no sleep for days but still kicking and sprinting like a champion.
forgot that there was also some gold nuggets apparently he found gold mining during the 80's while on a trip in Africa. It was a dangerous job with all the tribe wars in undisputed territory but that didn't stop them.
Spectacular gifts on their own but their connection to your family makes those some pretty special heirlooms. Very cool!
