I have a huge metal pot of pennies that actually belongs to my dads. Since he separated it out and put his wheat pennies in another stash I am fairly certain there are no wheats in there. I am wondering what the chance of me finding some error coin in there is before I spend a long time looking through there. Its fairly large.

For me the numbers have been about every 30,000-50,000 that I search I will find a nice error/variety. But always find quite a few of lesser valued ones..die clashes, lamination ,RPMs.etc..etc.

What about like a double die and doubled ear. Nothing extremely rare or valuable. I just think it would be cool to have at least one error coin.
