    Hi,
I have this 1945-D nickel that's copper-colored on most of the coin, does anybody know anything about this type of error?
    Thanks

It's not an error. That nickel is 35% silver and has been exposed to the elements.

PMD-looks like a "dug" coin stained by ground minerals.....
