Large Cent, what ya think it's worth?

Counterstamped cent piece, I've seen these end up with a nice premium on ebay. Not that I want to sell it or anything but what would be your guess?

there are certain counterstamps that are recognized and have been documented.they are the ones worth alot.one like that would range between 10-20$
