This is an unattributed S-167 called an error which is actually a terminal die state. There is a new die crack which I do not find described elsewhere running from the leaf across a previously described crack to the lower right side of the outer serif of E(D) along the outer edge of the middle serif, the top serif and on to the rim. It has all the other cracks of die state VI plus this one. I don't know if it is enough to be considered a new die state VII or simply a late VI. It could be a unique die state of a common variety.

ps The Obverse crack first described in State III and extending to the hair ribbons in state VI now takes a turn to the left and winds it's way to the rim across from the second curl. Though the extension is light, it is also not described.
