Large Cent Tip 4/28

    This is a first. I believe this is an unattributed 1796 NC-4. I'm sorely tempted to bid on it myself. I wish the pictures were better, but I think they are just good enough. The Reverse Q seems solid with the three leaves at C being uniquely shapes and positioned. This leaves only S-99 or NC-4 and the 6 is close to the 9 on the S-99 and distant on the NC-4. Both are R5+.
