Lamination Error? PMD?

    PMD, environmental damage. Someone has sprayed something on the coin and it is now peeling off.

    I would not call it a Lamination error. Looks more like corrosion of some kind.

    Not a lamination error. Looks like the coin was treated with something that is now peeling off. It's PMD or damage after leaving the Mint.
