l1943 s normal 1943 clad

    So I got a 43 s and a 43 the 43 S weighs 2.98 G the 43 weighs 2.72 G totally different looking coins i think the 43 has something to do with a steel war nickel l dont know also there are three cudds on the rim between tge E R P on reverse thatns fir looking

    Reprocessed steel cent. Bumps on the rim are from being replated.

    Absolutely not! That makes no sense.

    It's just a simple Reprocessed Steel Cent as mentioned. No cuds or die chips anywhere.

    They are NOT mint errors.

    Send it to your grader if you think we are wrong like you did with the other 30 coins o_O

    DON'T send it in for grading; it will just come back in a body bag. I did that once and it was really disappointing...

    He mentioned in another thread that he sent 30 coins to a TPG. Probably all the ones we've been telling him are not errors for the past couple of months :depressed:

    A proof 68 goes for under $20
    I doubt it is even PF65 with the contact it shows in the only clear photo he put up.

    Better send that one to ICG Willy.

    Regarding @Willysilver 's 62 nickel...if it is a business strike, it is worth a fair amount in MS67+
