Knowledge appreciated: 1970 s small date dd?

Would a knowledgeable fellow collector please tell me if I've got something worth sending to PCGS?

Your title states dd.. What do you mean by that? Do you see doubling? I don't

 

I agree that it doesn't appear to be the small date variety, and thus probably not worth sending in for grading. Still a pretty coin though! I see doubling in the date, yet the mm also appears to have similar minor stage dd. I thought that true dd's never had a dd mm. I'm grateful for your answer,
