I've been primarily a US coin collector since the 1970's. But this year I inherited a fun collection of foreign coins and currency from my step Mom's late father. He did a lot of traveling and random coin collecting. I think this one is really pretty. I'd love to know more... Please and thank you!
Looks like it is a token. I found some different versions on numista: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/exonumia160733.html And then I found one that looks basically the same on a Russian website.
