King Edward I penny.

    I recently found this silver Hammered coin. I been trying to identify myself and not relying on others to id but this edward coins are something else. I have got it down to Edward I penny minted in London and class 10 but I could be completely wrong any help would be greatly appreciated ty.

    It's so hard to id these edward coins there so many different types and classes. It can be slightest part of the crown is different. Ty

    It's a really nice coin - well centered, lots of detail, and I like the toning. A great find!

    Very nice coin! I'm way out of my league when it comes to identifying the different Edward pennies, but I know I like that one!

    Just as an aside, for what it's worth, whenever I post a picture of a coin I am holding in my hand, I crop out all of the fingers from the picture. Perhaps I'm a little technoparanoid, but I have read reliable stories of people who can use photos of fingerprints to access accounts if you have any accounts or phones that use your prints for ID.
