    I believe this booklet to be out of the 1920's. Unfortunately, it's not dated.

    I don't believe I have ever heard the term "Fillet Head" to describe any coin.

    I imagine it's from earlier than the 1920s. There's no mention of the New Orleans mint being closed, but they do mention not wanting 1909 VDB cents or Buffalo nickels.

    And since the buy price list says "No 1883 without cents wanted, or 1913", I would imagine this is a 1913 or 1914 printing. Also no mention of the new designs of 1916.

    The term for the ribbon tying back the hair on what we refer to as the Draped Bust coins is fillet, and the coins used to be caller fillet heads

    First definition of fillet in Meriam-Webster

    1: a ribbon or narrow strip of material used especially as a headband
