Two days ago, I went to the local 7-11 at 3am for coffee. As I was entering, a man was leaving and the clerk, an elderly Hispanic woman who knows that I collect coins, showed me these which the man had just used to pay for gas. He must have really been hard up for cash as this was only enough for about 1-1/2 gals. of gas.

Anyway, I gave the clerk the $4 for them. Now, I would never recommend that anyone ever pay a premium for these "pieces of art", and I use that expression loosely, but since I got them at face value I'm not out any money.

I wonder what the poor fellow did with the other 34 SQ's?
