What are some key dates to shoot for when buying morgans,peace dollars and franlin and barber halves??
A few of the tougher Morgans would be the 1889-CC, 1893-CC, 1893-O, 1895-O, 1903-O, 1893-S, 1894-S, 1895-S, 1893-P, 1894-P, 1894-P, and the 1899-P. Peace dollars would be the 1921 and 1928. Barber halves are 1892-O, 1892-S,1893-S, 1896-S, 1897-O 1897-S, 1904-S and 1901-S. Franklin halves are 1949, 1949-D, 1949-S, and 1952-S. Some of these are harder to find in one grade than another, so that will have a lot of bearing on how "key" they are.
