Kennedy Half Partial Collar ?

    Hey everyone - I was going thru some rolls tonight & I think I found a Partial Collar Kennedy Half. Has anyone had any experiences with this type of error. Also if anyone has a clue on a value that would be cool too. Check out the pics & let me know what you think. Thanks
