As a historian I have wanted for some time to have one of those "Kennedy Bills" {see here } ,about which, I have heard a lot. On ebay I see that they are not very expensive. I would like to have either a $2 bill or a 5$ bill, preferably 5$, not necessarily in a excellent condition. I am prepared to offer several banknotes from Eastern Europe in exchange (I live in Bucharest Romania). If anyone is interested in something from my region I have many bills related to the solar eclipse of August 11, 1999 that I have already presented here > http://www.cointalk.com/t207989/ .They are considered to be Europe's first plastic bills. I also posess most of the banknotes which circulated here in the last 20 years ( see here) all of which are in a excellent condition ( purchased by me at that time and kept in an envelope until today). If someone wants bills from neighboring countries Russia, Moldova, Greece, Hungary, I can try to change mine for those from at a local trade fair but I do not guarantee that they will be in a good condition (Elders selling there not placed a high value on quality).
