Kennedy,71,81,89mm misplaced

    1971 on left between 7-1 and I-b are they cud marks
    1971 on right missing stem on 7
    1981 P mm is indented and somewhat disfigured
    1989 the P's are in different areas ... Does any of this matter

    Not really. If you like them, keep them, but they're nothing special.

    I didn't think so , but my son wanted a professional answer. He's 8 and asking every relative for their change ... He carries that loop haha

    I think it's great that your son is developing skills of observation and detecting differences among these coins. So it's a good exercise and also fun. Any collection has its own focus and the more knowledge you have about it, the more enjoyable it will be and also have more value to you.

    Kennedy halves offer a lot to young numismatists. There's much variety in the series at a relatively low cost.
