It would be foolish to spend a 1951S but keep a 1941P just because one is older than the other. No, put all your pre-50's nickels back in circulation so I can find them. Haha. You can keep whatever coin you want. 1964 is a very common date, get quite a few per roll. 1959 and down usually don't pop up much.
