    2004D Michigan state quarter w/ heavily stamped , “1/4 NOTES” across the back of it . Is the value different from the original value .25 cents?
    I’ve never done this so excuse me if I’m not doing this correctly. Definitely a huge hobbie I have adapted too . Thx

    PMD - Post mint damage. Someone stamped that into the coin after it was minted. Spender.

    Maybe a musician stamped it on the coin?
