There sure are a lot of bag marks for a proof. Some coins for this year show proof-like qualities. Those don't go for $1200+. I would not have bid proof money for this coin.

Is it really a Proof or just a PL or DMPL?

For a Proof it's really marked up.

    Would have never bid.

I would not even look at it. It's not worth the worry.

Overpriced. Besides, I wouldn't EVER bid on this raw.

Bidding has ended on the item, no one can see the listing.

No one can see the listing *anymore.

But based upon previous replies (I just refreshed) it seems it was called a "proof" but actually just a PL morgan?

Why would someone return a coin based on the exact same pictures which they used to buy the coin in the first place?

That looks like a PL / DMPL at best, not a proof.

Return because that's NOT a proof. Guaranteed.

It says winning bid $1205.00 +$3.50 shipping.
You would think after getting reamed like that, they would ship it for free.

Yeah, everyone knows when it's marked with 5 +'s and IN RED, it's worth much, much more. :D

If I ever want to buy a Morgan proof, it won’t be a raw one from eBay.

If I bid on a coin and win it, I always keep it. Whether I want it or not.

It's called, being a big boy.
