Not convinced. Looks to be mushy on the bottom band near the top side of your picture. Same thing about 3/4 of the way up on the top band.
Hi. The upper and lower crossbands would have to be sharp and distinct. See the comparison of the lower bands below - yours (large pic and small gray circle) vs. the bands in the FT dime (small dark circle).
Full bands is not the same as Full Torch (IMO). However, they seem to be used interchangeably to mean the same thing. With Full Bands the focus is on the upper and lower bands and whether or not the lines between the bands are broken by wear or a contact mark. With Full Torch the focus is on the entire design; fasces, flame and bands, etc.(according to what I have read). Both Mercs and Rosies have a similar torch design, but how the TPGs differentiate between them for slabbing is not clear to me. Personally, I save FB and FT dimes that exhibit a complete design. I am open to any explanation as to the appliance of these two qualifiers beyond that mentioned above…Spark
Yea I was at a hotel last night and found this in some pocket change of the money I spent from the day I didn't have my microscope at the time
