I just found one of the better obverse doubled dies that I have ever found! Problem is, we'll you'll see. Is it at all possible to get this cent to look half way alright? The big green spot kills it. Will acetone help, and if so, how long. I love the spread on this one. Too bad about the condition. Also, sorry for quality of pics. I'll update this Monday. I'll have access to my microscope then.
Check out this link. If has a the marker noted here it a DDO-001. Only I posted this is I can not see the markers on Rev in the memorial building -> http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1985&die_id=1985p1do001&die_state=mds
The clash is there, Jello. I was taking pics through a loupe with an iPhone. The glare kinda muddies up the clash in my pics. I'll post better ones on Monday when I have access to my microscope. I have placed arrows on the blurry reverse pic. Maybe you can pic it out. Anyway, I'll have better ones up Monday evening. Thanks guys!
MD&PMD but @ Abe's bottom of coat by rim is a interesting mark. I wish this was Bu/MS-6?+ to see what in on Abe's coat t->link below http://www.cointalk.com/attachments/85vest-jpg.287671/
Interest but it was Bu &Red that be a different whole story . But still I see to much Post mint damage . Good keeper
Do you see the notching, specificlly on the leg of the R in TRUST? If you compare it to coppercoins (seen here: http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1985&die_id=1985p1do001&die_state=mds) it is definitely a match.
