Sounds good to me, $1.99. Reasonable shipping too. Hope you pull a MS 66 plus out of it.

I don't think I believe that anything on e-bay is really "unsearched" but for $1.99 you can't really lose. I hope you find some good stuff though.

Too much hype in the auction.

You may find a 65 even a 66 (but I doubt it). 67 NO WAY.

Not a bad price but another "ask before you bid auction" IMHO.

1961 rolls come pretty spotty. Stainless, may I just suggest, if buying BU rolls, get yourself some mintmarked coins, then you'll have a chance at Rpm's. There is nothing to find in the 1961.

I suggest 59-D and 60-D, both years are cheap enough and have TONS of repunched mintmarks you can search for, at a very similar cost !!

Thanks for the advice all...will do that next time Jack:). Still, at $7 for the roll, I can't lose too bad.

I agree with Jack, get the mintmarked rolls if you can. Especially the 60-D's, plenty of goodies to be found with them. :thumb:

I took the 3 best Lincolns out of a BU 1939 S roll and they came back 2 66 RD's and one 67 RD, However ANACS.

Check with your local coin stores before buying on ebay. Just a few years ago when copper was only $1.50 a pound, the coin stores around here were selling original rolls of Lincoln Memorials for only $0.95 each with dates ranging from 1959-1981. I found this out after buying rolls on ebay with the added shipping costs. Even with the higher cost of copper these days, the melt value is only $1.15 so you should be able to find some fairer deals locally than buying online. What ebay is good for is finding post-1981 rolls as these are much harder to come by at the coin stores.
